Biomasa-AP

The objective of Biomasa-AP is to improve the capacities of R&D centers in the region in the use of biomass as an endogenous resource, to apply innovative methods and technologies in traditional sectors such as agriculture and forestry. The project will allow these centres to consolidate, reorient and expand their R&D lines in biomass thanks to the improvement of their infrastructures and the shared use of equipment, which will allow them to be more competitive internationally.
Specifically, the centers will work together and complement each other to achieve an optimized energy use of that biomass that is not currently valued but has a high potential in the region for its high availability (scrub, vine, kiwi, pruning).

Main tasks of FEUGA:

  • Development of a Cross Border Network to connect stakeholders and active recruitment of participating entities.
  • Logistical assistance in training courses.
