The Galician Operational Group SUEROVAL, in which we participate, is organising an online webinar on Thursday 6 June, at 16:00h, to present the innovation project. During the day, representatives of the entities that make up the project will present the work they are doing to achieve the objectives and expected results of SUEROVAL.
The Galician Operational Group SUEROVAL is born in 2023 and seeks to obtain a high-value additive from dried whey using a solar hybrid dehydrator with almost zero carbon footprint which, combined with chestnut flour, will allow the production of a new range of products: energy bars, flakes and snacks.
As part of the dissemination activities of the project, this free online webinar is organised to raise awareness, among the different agents of the sector and the general public, of the objectives, activities under development and progress of the innovation project. In addition, each of the entities participating in the Galician SUEROVAL Operational Group will present the role they are playing in the project, as well as the positive impact it will have on the agricultural and livestock sectors.
The webinar will feature presentations by representatives of the five Galician entities that make up the project. In addition to María José Lubián, from our Innovation and National Projects team, members of Queixos Castelo de Brañas S.L., the Centro Tecnolóxico da Carne (CETECA), Trasdeza Natur S. Coop. Galega and Amarelante Sociedade Cooperativa Galega will complete the programme
