The main objective of the conference “Hydrogen and Industry. Analysis of the current situation and future perspective”, promoted by Seminario Seveso and in which we collaborate, is to publicize and discuss the current and future situation of hydrogen application in industry at different levels and, in particular, with regard to regulations; safety and accident scenario analysis; technologies; control and instrumentation solutions; and hydrogen project development.

The meeting, which will take place next Monday, October 30 at our headquarters in Santiago de Compostela, is aimed at companies in the sectors of production, supply, logistics and process with hydrogen; specialized consultancies; and companies in the sectors of production, supply, logistics and process with hydrogen SMEs interested in the development of hydrogen projects and associations and groups operating in this field. Representatives of specialized business entities such as BEQUINOR; the security consultancy DEKRA; the technology companies AXENS and EMERSON and the consultants specialized in hydrogen projects AtlantHy will participate.

About Seveso Seminary

Seminario Seveso consists of a set of non-profit activities aimed at disseminating knowledge on risk, developing integrated risk and emergency management strategies, and establishing relationships between the agents involved, including society.

Created in 2007 with the aim of creating a forum for debate and a means of disseminating knowledge and safety culture, open to professionals in industrial safety, occupational safety and emergency management in the framework of the Seveso Directive, REACH Regulation, ATEX and legislation on occupational hazards, self-protection and emergency plans. It is also a forum for the exchange of information and a platform to support industrial development in general and industrial development in Galicia in particular.
