The Galician Operational Group PURINPRECISO, of which FEUGA is a member, will organise an online webinar on Tuesday 4 June at 10:00 am to present the innovation project. On the day, representatives of the entities that make up the project will present the work they are doing to achieve the objectives and expected results of PURINPRECISO.
The Galician Operational Group PURINPRECISO was created in 2023 and seeks to design and test equipment for the analysis, control and digital documentation in real time of the application of slurry with distributor tanks. To this end, it is designing and evaluating its own intelligent digital control and documentation system for slurry application equipment, which provides information on the nutrients in the slurry for real-time regulation of the product application rate according to the needs of the soil and the crop.
As part of the dissemination activities of the project, this free online webinar is organised to inform the different agents of the sector and the general public about the objectives, activities under development and progress of the innovation project. In addition, each of the entities participating in the Galician PURINPRECISO Operational Group will comment on the role they are playing in the project, as well as the positive impact it will have on the agricultural and livestock sectors.
The webinar will feature presentations by representatives of the four Galician entities involved in the project, Talleres Carruxo S.L., SAT As Pandas, the University of Santiago de Compostela through the research groups BioModem, Artificial Vision and Computer Architecture; and FEUGA. In addition, the Centro de Investigacións Agrarias de Mabegondo (CIAM-Agacal), participates in the project as a cooperating entity.
The online event will take place on Tuesday 4 June and will be free of charge, with the only requirement being to complete the registration form. It will last from 10:00h to 12:00h through the Zoom platform.
