This Wednesday, December 20th at 1pm, we will host in the auditorium of our headquarters in Santiago de Compostela a talk, open to the public, with Margarita Álvarez, named by Forbes as one of the 50 most powerful women in Spain and chosen as one of the TOP 100 most influential women nationally and one of the 10 most influential managers in the last three years. In her presentation she will answer the question: what if hidden talent were the key to the survival of organizations?

Margarita Álvarez is director of the Human Age Institute, an institution dedicated to the management of social transformation in order to achieve more sustainable companies through the generation of sustainable employment that generates equity, development and opportunities for all.

Her career has been linked to senior management positions in multinationals, and she has also had experience in the business world with the creation and management of three companies. Margarita Álvarez’s professional career is marked by an idea: to ensure that happiness is considered a relevant and serious issue in all areas of life.

At the end of this event, which will last approximately one hour, a lunch will be served in the main hall of the Foundation, which can be used to exchange views and continue discussions with the guest expert.
