{"id":26607,"date":"2021-01-15T13:03:43","date_gmt":"2021-01-15T13:03:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.feuga.es\/procedimiento-abierto-o-de-libre-concurrencia\/"},"modified":"2021-01-15T13:19:19","modified_gmt":"2021-01-15T13:19:19","slug":"procedimiento-abierto-o-de-libre-concurrencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.feuga.es\/gl\/procedimiento-abierto-o-de-libre-concurrencia\/","title":{"rendered":"PROCEDIMIENTO ABIERTO O DE LIBRE CONCURRENCIA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Objeto: Auditor\u00eda de revisi\u00f3n de gastos del proyecto SOE4\/P1\/E1104 \u2013 ECOVAL \u2013 \u201cestrategias de coordinaci\u00f3n de gesti\u00f3n y valorizaci\u00f3n de fangos y residuos org\u00e1nicos en la regi\u00f3n sudoe a lo largo de la duraci\u00f3n del proyecto&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fundaci\u00f3n Empresa Universidad-Gallega (FEUGA), le invita a enviar su <strong>oferta para participar en el procedimiento de contrataci\u00f3n de los servicios de auditor\u00eda de primer nivel (auditor externo) del proyecto <\/strong>SOE4\/P1\/E1104 \u2013 ECOVAL \u2013 \u201cestrategias de coordinaci\u00f3n de gesti\u00f3n y valorizaci\u00f3n de fangos y residuos org\u00e1nicos en la regi\u00f3n sudoe, aprobada en la cuarta convocatoria del programa Interreg Sudoe, en el que FEUGA participa como socio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El auditor de primer nivel debe estar inscrito en el Registro Oficial de Auditores de Cuentas (ROAC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El alcance e intensidad del trabajo, as\u00ed como los plazos de presentaci\u00f3n de los informes, se establecen claramente en los t\u00e9rminos de los pliegos de bases para la contrataci\u00f3n que se adjuntan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El plazo de presentaci\u00f3n de ofertas concluir\u00e1 el d\u00eda 29 de enero de 2021 (10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles desde la publicaci\u00f3n de este procedimiento)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez adjudicada la contrataci\u00f3n, el auditor de primer nivel seleccionado deber\u00e1 cumplimentar la siguiente documentaci\u00f3n, que se le facilitar\u00e1, necesaria para la aprobaci\u00f3n por parte del Autoridad Nacional Espa\u00f1ola del Programa SUDOE en un plazo no superior a 5 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Modelo carta de Solicitud<\/li><li>Listado de criterios para la aprobaci\u00f3n del controlador (Check list)<\/li><li>Modelo de compromiso del controlador<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Las ofertas deber\u00e1n enviarse por correo electr\u00f3nico a la direcci\u00f3n:<a> <\/a><a href=\"mailto:amontero@feuga.es\">amontero@feuga.es<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"370\" src=\"https:\/\/www.feuga.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/ECOVAL-SUDOE-logotipo-ERDF-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26603\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Objeto: Auditor\u00eda de revisi\u00f3n de gastos del proyecto SOE4\/P1\/E1104 \u2013 ECOVAL \u2013 \u201cestrategias de coordinaci\u00f3n de gesti\u00f3n y valorizaci\u00f3n de fangos y residuos org\u00e1nicos en la regi\u00f3n sudoe a lo largo de la duraci\u00f3n del proyecto&#8221;.
