On December 4, FEUGA hosted the event “From science to action: towards a common transnational response to PFAS,” as part of the European ALERT-PFASproject (Interreg SUDOE).

The conference brought together more than 40 participants from public administration, universities, technology centers, industry, the forestry sector, and health agencies, reflecting the need for a coordinated response to the growing challenge of PFAS in the SUDOE area.

Through round tables and discussion forums, key issues such as risk management, scientific communication, territorial planning, and the importance of strengthening cooperation between sectors and countries were addressed.
