Proposal writing has evolved towards an increasingly strategic approach, in which it is no longer enough to simply describe ideas or technical content in detail. The success of a proposal depends more than ever on the ability to build a coherent, well-structured narrative that is aligned with the evaluation criteria.
A proposal must clearly answer the evaluators’ key questions: why the project is being carried out, what objectives it pursues, how it will be implemented, and why it is relevant. In addition, impact must be embedded as a central element from the earliest stages of project design, demonstrating the feasibility of the proposed approach and avoiding generic or unverifiable claims.
This course is designed to equip participants with the skills to write clear, well-structured, competitive Horizon Europe proposals aligned with European strategic priorities. Throughout the course, participants will analyse in detail the structure of a collaborative proposal and learn how to address the key issues and main sections of the application form, with the aim of improving the overall quality of proposals and maximising their chances of success.
