One of the aspects that most clearly identifies FEUGA is its work to place university and FP graduates in Galician companies, a line of action that is especially valued. Every year, its grant programmes present promising figures.

FEUGA is the means by which the transfer of knowledge through human resources circulates between the university and companies. Its grant programmes open the doors to the world of work to students and new graduates, with more than 50% establishing permanent relations.

The Graduate Grants Programme (PBF) is aimed at new graduates aged 30 or younger, who have completed their studies in the last three years at one of Galicia’s universities.

The Student Grants Programme (PBE) allows students who have passed half of the credits on their degree courses to carry out work experience in businesses.

The FP Graduate Grants Programme (PBF) is aimed at new graduates aged 30 or younger, who have completed their studies in the last three years at one of Galicia’s FP schools.
